chlamydia and gonorrhea live in the anus if any contaminated fluid has gone in there there is always a risk that it could be passed on as the anus is quite close to the vagina
and even if she didnt have an infection in the anus like i said above vaginal discharge could leak around during anal intercourse with the vagina being close by hope that helps
