Anybody with severe anxiety ever experience this? im sitting here playing a videogame and all of a sudden my head gets this weird slight warmth.(even behind my eyes get warm) I can literally feel everything getting hotter and hotter. My wife says my face and ears look like sunburn. The strangest part is my teeth actually go numb and throb. Its been going on since February, but this instance i just had was by far the worse. Maybe once a week, sometimes more these episodes happen. I have no idea what the hell is going on, and you cant google something so specific like that even though googling symptoms is no bueno. Sorry, rambling here. All I can say is my severe anxiety is now at a level in which it has caused physical pain. I deal with arm, chest and jaw pain almost daily. I have been to the ER multiple times. Numerous EKG's and echo stress tests and everything keeps coming back ok so so im wondering is this anxiety? Any fellow sufferers out there?
yes those can definitely happen with anxiety. My face also gets red out of nowhere and my face feels warm.
anxiety can rear its ugly head whenever it wants to with hundreds of different symptoms. Try to relax your mind as much as you can. The more you worry about it the more symptoms you will have.
Oh i know it! i get the lovely heart attack, and my head is cooking symptoms lol Thank you for putting my mind at ease though. I appreciate it =)
This is happening way too much. I went from once every couple weeks to daily multiple times a day. really hard to search these symptoms.
