hi, ladies I have been going to menopause for about three now this will make in may. now the problem I am having pain in my face and my left arm pain and get cold. can't sleep at night. stay gasses feel like my allergies messing with me heart skipping beats does menopause does all this. my weight goes up and down. I am 50 and feel lost at all I thing about is sweetie if I eat the wrong thing my body act funny. does any of you ladies going through hell dealing with this or something wrong with me.
Hi Kim, Nothing wrong with you I am going through similar problems. I think it has to do with the inflammation due to hormonal imbalance and the food allergies are results of that. Try to look for ways to reduce inflammation such as diet. All the best

You’re not alone or going crazy. I have been dealing with many severe symptoms of Peri for years and facial pain and severe left sided pain and even loss of use of my left arm . Dr’s ignored me trying to blame it on mental health issues. It took yrs and me finally hitting rock bottom and becoming suicidal for them to do some further investigations. Though i got no apology for the way i’d been treated i was put on HRT and carbamazepine (sorry cant think of spelling) and then duloxatine then thyroid medication and blood pressure medication. I am still suffering but i can at least get up now and do things most days. I do have terrible days and weeks like now but i eventually push though. Unfortunately I now have liver function issues due to the medication that has to be dealt with. I don’t know what is to come but I can only say for me the carbamazepine helps with the facial and arm pain.
I hope you find some relief. It really is awful. I’d like to know if it ever stops?
