I have suffered from anxiety for 2 years with heart palps depression weight gain panic attacks etc but recently a family member has become ill and I'm devastated and losing my nerves of how to handle myself especially in front of other family . Feel like I'm going to fall over and die from the panic and stress
What is your family member suffering from ? It's okay if you don't want to say but it would help a lot to know if it's something very serious?
