Wait…There are other options there is help out there for you. Anxiety is a mind game take control.
i understand your state of mind i understand wanting to be hone, to be not want to exist anymore but you are more than that you are greater than your problems fight on there are people counting on you
why are you saying Farewell?
I feel the same way at times! Mostly trouble breathing, fucking sweating, heart racing, shaking! I’m always about to jump out of my skin i can’t relax i barely sleep! I always feel like I’m about to die! I feel your pain I’m living in constant fear and panic!
You are so important and your life is amazing and beautiful. It sucks how our minds can play these games with us and make us feel useless. I have been in your shoes and I still struggle to this day to keep my head above water, but we have to keep fighting. Not too long ago I tried to take my own life. I thought I would feel better if I was no longer living. I thought that this would be my escape from all my depression and anxiety. Looking back on it now, I know it was just me depression trying to knock me down. I have no idea who you are, I do not know your life or anything about you, but I do know that you will regret it. I know that no amount of sympathetic words will take all your pain away, but I CARE ABOUT YOU!! You are so strong, living with this BS is so hard and your still doing it. Please message me and I will give you my email or something so that you have someone you can talk to day or night.
Dont do anything you will later regret!! DONT do aomething permanent to a temporary problem! you are so loved and cared for and you matter, yoir life is so worth living even though it might not seem that way now. i promise you it will get better! get the support you need abd take all rhe time u need to heal and dont feel quilty about it! sending all my love xxx

Hi Shaexo2000,
We note from a recent post which you have made to our forum that you may be experiencing thoughts around self-harm. If we have misinterpreted your comments then we apologies for contacting you directly. But if you are having such thoughts then please note that you are not alone in this, and there are people out there that can help.
If you are having these suicidal thoughts then we strongly recommend you speak to someone who may be able to help. The Samaritans offer a safe space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. They can help you explore your options, understand your problems better, or just be there to listen.
Their contact details are on our patient information leaflet here: Dealing with Suicidal Thoughts: Where to get help, which also offers lots of other advice on how you can access the help you may need.
If you are having such thoughts then please do reach out to the team at the Samaritans (or the other people detailed in our leaflet) who will understand what you’re going through and will be able to help.
Kindest regards
Patient
