Fast heart rate and palpitations anyone? Also Propranolol Q's

So basically some morning when I wake up, I automatically feel my heart beat and to my surprise it's actually going fast like 85-95 bpm. But other parts of the day, I can feel my heart beating in the 70's or sometimes mid 60's. But anyway once I notice that I also get the "ugh another day of anxiety" feeling and carry on. I also get these palpitations that scare me. I used to have some PVC's but they disappeared, and now I deal with the feeling of my heart beating right above my collar bone in my neck, and I only get it say when I bend over, stand up sometimes, walk up stairs, or exercise. I also started getting a painful palpitation in a small area behind my heart, and that the one that freaks me out. I wanted to know if these types of palpitations are normal. Ive had these tests that doctors say my heart is fine. I went to Tufts Medical center, and Boston Childrens Hospital since Im still an adolescent. 2 EKG +Echocardiogram: August 2019 EKG: January 30 day event moniter: February EKG: March EKG+Stress test EKG: March Ambulatory BP moniter (cause my blood pressure was in the 140's range even though it was normal before?): March 14 day holter(which they couldnt find the results so now Im scared!):March And countless doctors feeling my heart beat for 20 minutes saying Im fine. (except for one that heard a harmless murmur that most children and adolescents have) So most tests came back normal I think. The thing that stood out is how when I took the stress test, my max heart rate was 222 bpm. But my heart was still working efficiently just like how it should during exercise and Im a young fit person so they werent worried at all. So i dont know whats wrong with me, I still think I have something. (maybe thyroids?) I took blood work and im getting results today. I also heard about propranolol for anxiety. I dont want to constantly take it, but only in times when I feel stressed out. So basically a panic attack I had last year caused exercise induced panic attacks and anxiety in me, which basically means I get very anxious when exercising. I wanted to take propranolol for that, but I found out it's a beta blocker so would that cause something bad to happen? Because my heart is supposed to be slowing down but Im making it go faster? Feedback would be good thankssssss.

well you have definitely been checked out and everything is perfectly normal. negative thinking, fearful thinking, will definitely raise the heart rate. your heart rate is perfectly normal. It’s expected to go high when you are having a stress test.
I I have had anxiety for a very long time .
Everything on your testing was normal and now it’s time to get on with your life and enjoy it
. When you constantly are in your head thinking and worrying, you’re only going to make matters worse as far as anxiety goes. Whatever you think about whether it’s positive or negative , It will expand!
You can get caught in the circle of anxiety which is very miserable. It’s when you have anxiety, which causes anxiety symptoms, which causes more anxiety, and around and around it goes. The circle Has to be broken or you will feel miserable all the time.
i got to the point where I couldn’t take it anymore so I just let everything go! I got mad at the anxiety and was determined to either get rid of it or manage it better. I trusted the doctors I trusted the test results and I just lived my life and I’m so glad I did!
how many tests will it take for you to believe that you are OK? Ask yourself that. needing Constant reassurance does not promote getting out of this anxiety circle. .
sure every once in a while when I feel a little anxious I will get some kind of anxiety symptom. But I basically ignore it and it goes away. I refused to give it power and that’s exactly what happens when we get fearful and curl up in a ball. Don’t give it power by being fearful! Be determined. Get some counseling if you can. You are a strong healthy young man .
so What if your heart rate goes up a little bit? That is not harmful. it’s extremely common with anxiety in millions of people get that including myself. Just do your regular yearly check ups with your doctor like everybody should and move on.

I couldn’t not said it any better.

If the doctors have cleared yo for tachycardia, then a fast pulse may be due to being anxious in the morning. Sometimes people wake up anxious due to dreams or unresolved stress. Blood pressure is also higher in the morning. I did all the heart tests when I was young and experienced the sudden onslaught of anxiety - it was bad. Later, I came to understand that I suffered from general anxiety disorder, it was part of my personality and response to unresolved past stress and current stress/life issues that I felt powerless to change. Even medication didn’t help at first, but as I faced my fears, I relied on sedatives to ease my anxiety. What are you thinking or obsessing about in life, what are you afraid of? Do you have issues that are unresolved or are you focusing too much on your life? Some people don’t feel comfortable being themselves, or don’t like their situation in life, these are issues that can cause anxiety, and may need help to overcome. Overcoming these things is a combination of learning about and acting upon your fears. I understand panic attacks, I suffered from a number of them when I was younger - it is an intense anxiety response to a fearful (perceived threatening) situation. Medication can help, but sometimes it takes trials to find the right meds. Palpitations, excelled heart rate, tight muscles, etc., all these and more are psychosomatic symptoms of anxiety. All the best.

For me, Im usually anxious about death. More specifically sudden cardiac death and diseases that cause it like HCM or some other thing. I just want to be in peak health and not worry about suddenly dying.
