I am 22 and have been healthy my whole life until the last two years where i feel my energy, fitness and qualify of life has slowly declined.
first i started getting nasal congestion due to inflammed turbinates in the nose, having visited an ENT they said the reason is unknown. my tongue is also chronically dry/ sticky, even after a nose operation to reduce nasal inflammation. The ENT and doctor also think this is normal and nothing to worry about
When i wake up i always wake feel disorientated and im physically exhausted yet i get adequet sleep and dont recall waking up. This fatigue and lack of energy seems to hang around until late evening and when i stand up or lift weights i get very dizzy which jever used to happen. I cant understand whats happened and the doctors believe there is nothing wrong with me and only offer antidepressants and anxiety pills yet im neither of these things. blood tests come back all normal.
When cold air blows through the window it seems to reduce the nasal congestion and breathing feels far more satisfying and it essentially wakes me up. doctors just think im going crazy and i have given up as they wont help me any further. I understand my symptons will come across as unique and unusual, its just crap that i am getting no support.
The only thing you can physically see is the dryness/ froth like stuff on my tongue but doctors think its nothing to worry about
