For the few months I have experienced joint & bone pain, predominantly in my fingers, hands, wrists and elbow and shoulders but also affecting my lower back, I also am getting diarrhoea now on a daily basis this started as maybe a once a week thing but has now increased.
I am always fatigued , I'm exhausted to the point of needing to nap and needing to sit down in the middle of daily household chores.
Does anyone else have similar symptoms that have had a diagnosis?
