Depression is nothing new to me by a long shot, believe me. I've struggled in and out with it for years up to the point of being on the brink of suicidal.
Recenty after a wellness check in which my anxiety has potentially worsensed side effects after a vaccine and I scored 12 out of 10 on a depression screening and am now going into therapy for it I've noticed something.
The past week or so I've been...very minimally eating, so to speak. One 'meal' or something edible a day or less, give or take very very small snacks in between if any. Any actual whole meal I can't eat the entire thing anymore. And I find my fatigue getting increasingly worse and finding myself extremely tired at earlier hours.
This, alongside severe chills, has been plagueing me especially since last night and throughout all of today.
Is it possible the loss of appetite, fatigue, and chills could be from depression and not a potenially severe side effect from the vaccine I had??? Most other side effecs I've had have stayed consistent the past three days. The chills in particular started last night after only eating one small thing + have lasted throughout today.
