I have been diagnosed with a fatty liver ...so i have pain almost constantly ob my right side. But now i seem to of developed exactly the same pain on the left side....i am really scared as i have convinced myself i have something serious...my doctors are not very good so i am scared of what to do next.
Could really do with a bit more info really.
How did they diagnose fatty liver? And is it from alcohol?

No it's NAFLD ...i was originally diagnosed with scarring on my liver due to the contraceptive pill.
I do drink but not in excess!
I have also been diagnosed with IBS which basically means they dont really know whats wrong as IBS is just an umbrella name that they give to unknown stomach etc problems. I have been to the doctors a few times and they arent very helpful. i am scared that this could all be something more serious!!
