Whenever im on the verge of falling asleep, my breathing gets really slow. Everytime im about to doze off, I gasp for air. I'm extremley scared to go to sleep tonight although ir doesnt always happen during sleep I've seen a cardiologist. No heart problems. But I do have kyphosis. I'm so scared rn im crying please help.
My story with panic attacks begun like that. I went a whole week without sleeping and I felt like a zoombie. Everytime I tried falling asleep I would jolt back up because my brain was telling that if I slept, I was going to die. I took Ambien for sleeping for the first month and then little by little O got rid of them. Now I have sleeping problems but at least O can sleep without having those thoughts!!
