I walked quite a long way today down the prom at st Anne's and then I even walked on the beach a little way.
I really feel progress today and I know I will proberly feel sore tomorrow, but I'm 8 weeks post op now onwards and upwards

On a lighter note I used to have a notice on the board behind my desk at work it read:
"I thought I saw a light at the end of the tunnel but it was just some bugger with a torch bringing me more work"
in a sense that's our lot in as much we think it's all going so well and then we get a setback
