Feel like I choked on my tablet do they melt?

I swallowed a small hay fever tablet last night but felt like it went down the wrong tube if that makes sense.

I don't know if it did get stuck there or if that was just the feeling because I was able to Heath and talk fine

I woke up today and its still in my head that its stuck at the top of my throat.

Am I imagining things? Do tablets eventually melt or are they stuck there forever?

Hi  Zoo, don't worry at all, it couldn't have gone down the wrong tube otherwise you would have choked or caughed it back up, if it helps to know yes the tablet would melt no doubt about it, it's not stuck forever, but it went down the right tube.

They dissolve no worries. It went down the correct tube. Just a bit dry inside you so it felt weird.
