Feel like I’ve gone backwards

hi all
cut i long story short i cut down from 40mg of cit to 30mg felt 40mg was to high felt numb it took me 8 weeks to settle then felt fine for about 4 weeks now this last week ive feel very low and numb
any advice pls

hi don, thats normal, when i cut i felt really good for weeks then withdrawal hit xx

thanks its been 12 weeks now since reducing took 8 weeks to settle 4 good weeks now a bad 1 how r u now

lower doses are renowned for being more brutal and i cut by 60% its been 10 months on this dose and think im starting to settle, unfortunately i updosed too late and that gave me more problems so im staying on 6mg until im competely settled xx
