feel like passing out 24/7

Hi. I am a 23 year old male. I feel like passing out all the time. I get these weird feelings in my head that feel like my brain is expanding. I can't stop worrying about my health. I feel like the floor is moving and my legs feels weak. The only time I'm not dizzy is when I'm jogging or driving.

I also feel drained and lethargic all the time. Can anxiety really make you feel like this?

Expanding brain sensation more like a pressure inside your head more often at your  forehead or behind the eyes if so I have those too plus the fainting sensation that's always on the background and gets intense in a few seconds and goes away, what I don't have is the floor moving sensation but my thighs and legs feels weak from the inside when I'm anxious of something, and about feeling drained well maybe because it takes a lot of your strength focusing on the symptoms and trying to control it, I felt this before when I'm new to anxiety but later on I was used to it and learn how to make myself calm when symptoms attacks.

Hey,

I'm so sorry that you are feeling this way, I completely understand the way you are feeling.

Short answer is yes, anxiety can really make you feel this way. It is extremely powerful and takes so much out of you.

However, keep exercising as thats so good to help with anxiety and it's fab that you recognise that it's one time you have a break from these feelings.

From one anxiety sufferer to another you will get through this, remain strong!

I know this was over a year ago but if you do happen to see this reply, did you ever find a solution to your problem? I'm going through the exact same thing right now.
