Feel like trash!

I went to work today, feeling good and having a laugh!

Then someone came up with the idea of having a staff meeting. Old stuff was brought up, I could not hold back, and yes, I flooded the shop!(By crying)

I know I can do so much better than being a shop assistant, but I am so pissed off, we have to sell accounts and blah blah bloody blah. So me, being me, pipes up , i am not into this, yes, you get loyalty vouchers blah dee bloody blah, , but the APR more than covers it, so im not selling, they can shove it up their ducking arse holes. All the youngsters could not understand what I was trying to say..... blah ,blah,,, yes, but thats your job.... well sod them,,,,im leaving.... are they all just terrifyically thick, do they know what it is like to be in debt...or is rich mummmy and daddy just going to bail them out. So thats it for me, im leaving that company !

Its not just that though, it is just bad bloddy management. I feel furious that my opinion is not heard, and I want to fight them on this for I was employed as a sales assistant, not a con artist!

So now I cant stop crying and feel so insecure. But bye , bye shitty job. No company should ever make you fell like this. Does anyone agree with this?

i totally understand where ur comin from i hav been with a company for yrs and i feel the same way. u just feel like ur hittin ur head off a brick wall most days. Im going to wait till im fit again and hav my confidence back and move on as the one thing i know from all this, is life is too short & ur health is more important than any job.

Its a realy brave thing your've done there.

If you don't like the job and you are in the position to tell them to stuff it then great.

I've been in my job for nearly 6 years and I can't wait to go back. I like the people I work with and I feel like I'm letting them down. I can't go back until I'm more level headed cos its a high pressure job.

In every job you have to do things you don't like. If you sell things then its up to the people who buy them to decide if its suitable for them.

If they get their money in to a mess then its up to them to decide where they made the mistake and learn by it.

Even though you may think your action by selling can cause problems its not for you to sort out everyone elses life problems.

I'm saying this in a caring way and I hope it shows.I'm not very good at these things. Think more about yourself and be a bit more selfish, its not always a bad thing. Good luck
