I went to my physiotherapist today and she was very helpful answered all the questions I had. She was talking about pelvic floor and she said one way of knowing if your doing it right to insert your finger and see if you can feel it so I did and yes I can but there is a large lump what feels like the prolapse please don't say it's back has anyone else experienced this xxx

I went back for my 5 week visit yesterday. The lump or knot is normal
I was told that it will shrink and soften over time.
I have not put my finger ip there but i also have a lump or bulg!! And if i stand very long i have pain.. But when i lay down it goes away..im 4 months on
