Hi all, for the last 9 months I haven't been myself for ages, been depressed for this long and it's getting worse feel so low moody miserable nothing makes me happy anymore....... Why? I have no idea and ima me"....... Does anyone out ther feel like me?

What meds you on? See your doc and let them know so you can get help. Hang in there, am in same boat, am on citalopram and lithium and was in hospital at the start of the year. Have you got a mate you can talk to?
Hi Yvonne when I started to feel low....,,,, think it was back in November 2014........ Different things think was the start of the pre menapause Peri, mainlylow mood swings bad tempered etc. doctor has recently put me on Sertiline and been on thesec2weeks now. So I'm hoping soon they work ......l.
hi michelle sorry to hear of your struggle with depression if anything i find the mix of people in this group are a wealth of help and information ! i know you might have heard it before give your self another 2- 3 weeks on the tablets and if things dont seem to be getting better by all means go back to your doctor i wish you all the best david x
