feel strong pounding right side ?

Hey all does anybody ever experienced this I Was sat having my dinner I then all a sudden felt boom boom boom boom boom which lasted a good minute in my right chest like under

Right breast ?

I don't know if it was my heart beat although it felt like it definitely was but on my right side ? I'm worried a little now had my anxiety at a amazing level and felt reliefe at the fact I have been able to ignore it for at least past couple of days so at least iv had a little rest but is this possible that I have felt my heart racing on the right side only since this has happened my throats gone tight so I can tell worrying about what it was or xould it of bee a fasciulations xxx

I don't think is your heart.Maybe the muscles cause you this.Any pain?

Hi steph my throat has been tightening up past few days and its hard to swallow when you struggle with swallowing gonna sound weird but does your throat ever stop you half way through swallowing x

No pain while it happened but that rib is painful when it wants to be

My throat stops me half way like locks up and also locks up where my tonsils are so I'm unable to swallow at all xx

This is anxiety.The pain is comming from nowhere .We focus on that and is getting worse
