i have health anxiety and experience many of the symptoms you are experiencing, with regards to the sore ears , I often have this problem and it’s due to me grinding my teeth at night when I am anxious, is there any chance you are grinding your teeth during the night? this always gives me sore ears as well as bad headaches so that night explain your headache. all different parts of anxiety link together causing all different symptoms which make you think there is something else wrong

Unsteadiness is a huge common symptom of anxiety. The more anxious you are, the more unsteady you’ll continue to experience. I have this same symptom for a few years, but have recently begun to start therapy on it. It happens because a variety of reasons - shallow breathing (short breaths), weakened nervous system b/c of overactive stressors, and so on. It really helps to take deep breaths (3-4 seconds both in and out), understand that it’s anxiety related and don’t stress yourself out even more by obsessing over it (which I always did), and creating good habits such as stretching, yoga, breathing exercises, eating healthy, etc. This is all beneficial for your gut issues, too! Which I also have. I wish you the best!
