I was struggling with fatigue, abdo discomfort, nausea and reduced appetite and looked at various advice. For me, I’ve found that not having caffeine has really helped me. I was drinking more coffee to give me a ‘boost’ but i found the opposite and felt abdominal discomfort and more lethargic. I also try to drink at least 2 litres of water a day and keep fatty foods to a minimum.
