Feeling a slight pressure at my left side of chest above heart

Hi Guys, Since last 30 days I am feeling a slight pressure at left side of my chest above heart. When consulted doctor 15 days back he asked me to do ECG for removal of doubt if any, my ECG is normal. Further doctor prescribed me with LANOL ER (2 times after lunch & dinner) & CIDRID (Rabeprazole Sodium & Domperidone Sustained Release Capsule) (2 times before lunch and dinner) alongwith instruction not to eat fried foods, oily foods. I don't any cough, cold. But I continuously emits thick saliva whitish color as shown in image below

I have been emitting such thick saliva as shown in image since last 04 months and after emission of which I feel relaxation at my chest. I dont get any pain but I feel heaviness , slight pressure which gets relaxed after emission of thick saliva. Also I dont get any tiredness, but sometimes I do feel dizziness. Any idea what symptoms I might have , Are there any blockage at my heart or anything else. Thanking you.

I would recommend another doctor, another set of eyes, another opinion.

maybe get a chest ct with contrast to have a look inside your lungs.
