Anyone feel cold suddenly just sitting around, I find it comes on sudden like today the temperatures in the 20's and I feel coldish, getting out of bed is the same.

Yes Maria ,I do .Kind of an inner core cold that I sometimes get back in bed with a hot water bottle with.I read the other day it can have to do with iron levels in some cases.
I haven't had any hot flushes yet.
Yes, I get very cold so I put a jumper on and then I have to rip it off 5 mins later because I'm over heating. Difficult to find the happy medium.
