Anyone else out there feels good for awhile and out of nowhere symptoms return? But I thinknuts coming from anything that may alter or disrupt hormones will trigger my symptoms to return. For example , certain supplements, or if i take something for my hot flashes it will help the hot flash but bring on other symptoms again. Anyone else experience this?
Yes, though I don’t take anything for my symptoms, just supplements. I get all kinds of “usual” and not so usual symptoms all the time. They all seem to be taking turns in making the social distancing more difficult.
But remembering that right now I don’t have the option of going to the doctor (now that I think about it, it was not so easy even before), I am telling myself, it is just perimenopause and get on with life… But its neither easy nor easy to manage
