Hi do any of you have feelings of being hot all the time especially face and neck ? For days I have been like this but when I feel my face it's not hot !! I can't sleep as I'm so hot then take covers off and back on again as get too cold? It coincides with a very weird period I spotted for nearly two weeks March 2nd to 14th I was due on on 2 be but it never progressed to my usual heavy flow .it was pink red nothing back to red a clot a bit heavy then hardly nothing but on the 14 th wham period !!! Very heavy flow much worse and still quite heavy now a week later.my usual period is heavy clots for 7 days.i had a scan on 15th for a check on ovarian cysts and she said my womb lining was thickened but it's starting to shed now as I was bleeding at the scan.i have read on 66 peri symptoms that periods taking ages to flow are sometimes followed by a flood and very heavy period ,what on earth happens is it hormones again ? Does anyone suffer like this and the heat ?! Thank you Michelle xxx
Not in the day but mostly all night long. Pulling on and off the sheets like crazy. I think I get about 3 or 4 hrs. of sleep a night.
I just got to the point in the end where I was hot 24/7.
If you feel yourself you don't feel any hotter than someone else. If you take your temperature it's normal.
HRT solved the problem for me.
Hi love your story is Exactly the same as mine! When I get hot my face feels prickly too. I have had all the spotying and pink bleeding like you too. Its so difficult to stop worrying about it all isnt it? Im going for an ultrasound too so hope all will be well. Hope all goes well for you too xxx
I stay hot so I sleep under a fan and keep my comforter in bed with me so when I get cold I just climb under it . Only to pull it back off when the hot fflash hits me again
Yep thats me about every 10 mins. Off/on and need the ceiling fan blasting.
Thank you I thought a hot flash came and went but lately I'm permanently hot like you it's awful good idea with the fan ghankyou.it only seems my face during day gets affected and at night chest neck etc but I do not sweat xx
