Hi Everyone,
I have been having a lot of issues with my stomach lately. My symptoms are mainly feeling like vommitting in the morning but I never do. Its just that feeling something arising from your stomach up your neck sort of feeling.
My stool has been on and off soft and other times normal. I do have some pains at my lower left side of my stomach and some lower back pain.
Is this common for IBS sufferers? I am constantly trying things to make life a little easier but its difficult.
I had a colonoscopy a couple of years ago, due for another soon.
Any info / similar experiences will me very helpful.
Thanks
Brandon depending on what you eat you may have a lot of acid in your stomach that is making you feel that way. Do you have any reflux acid? When you feel pain in your left side that could be an inflamed or spastic bowel. I have that all the time if I go to the bathroom too many times. You need to drink lots of water to flush everything through your system.
If you do have an acidy stomach there is a natural remedy for that. 1 teaspoon of organic apple cidar vinegar with 7 or 8 ounces of water. Drink it with a straw slowly so you don't get it on your teeth. Drink it 1/2 hour before your meal or an hour after whatever works best. It really works to calm down acid reflux. Hope ou feel better and try to relax. Tension only adds to IBS and makes it much worse. When your mind is full of tension and worry , your body follows behind which makes IBS worse as well. Good luck with it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reply. I am willing to try anything so I will carry a wattle bottle with me at all times and give that organic apple cidar vinegar a go
Thank you again
Brandon
Just make sure you try the organic apple cidar vinigar from the health food store and mix 7-8 ounces of water and stir . Try a little at first , sipping to see how it goes, don't overdo it. It definitely helps people digest their food better who have acid refulx. It breaks it down better in the digestive system. Hope it helps you a little.
