has anyone had the feeling of being pushed over? It's been happening around 6 weeks now.
Yes wendy, it is vertigo it affects the balance and makes you feel like you are going to fall over. It is a problem with the inner ear and the menopause whatever stage you are at can affect your ears and cause hearing problems too. Hope this helps you at this awful time. XXX
Hello Wendy its so nice to hear someone has this feeling but sorry your going through this too as it’s really not nice. I have felt like I’m about to fall forward for about three years now on and off. It left me for about 4 months but it’s back😞espeacially if I stand for a while or can even happen when I’m washing up standing at ththe sink. I’ve been through some horrendous symptoms going through the peri menopause but this have settled now I’m in menopause which I have been for nearly three years. I’m now left will the falling forward feeling, nausea, dizziness which all makes me anxious so turns into anxiety😩 were all different Wendy so don’t go by what I’m going through as you may be fine soon so don’t worry but I do understand and know how it feels and it does unnerve you but it’s just another symptoms us poor ladies have to go through. Sending you a comforting hug🤗
Hi Wendy...yes I've had that feeling a lot from time to time...usually around when I might be ready to have a flow (I never know when that will be nowadays!!) It is one of the more anxiety inducing symptoms of this meno dance...I thought I was having a stroke when I first experienced it. It still catches me off guard but I am now able to chalk it up to meno nonsense and keep going. By all means go get checked out if for no other reason than to reassure yourself. I guess this too ,shall pass, huh?
