Feeling like I’m losing control

So I suffer with anxciety and having it really bad at the min, i currently feel as if I’m going crazy like forgetting myself and losing control. I’ve just been prescribed pranplol and just took my first tablet, 

 You don’t have to lose control to anxiety. You need to refocus so that you can gain control. The proper breathing technique with anxiety and panic helped me a lot.

 I really like a meditation called “stay calm – daytime breathing meditation to stop panic attacks.““.  It completely relaxed me and my symptoms disappeared. I could breathe so easy! 

The more you become anxious over having anxiety, the worse it will get. The key is to calm down yourself especially your mind.

With anxiety, the brain sends out adrenaline which causes many symptoms.

Slow everything down and learn the breathing technique.
