Feeling low on ramipril

Been on 2·5 mg for 2 weeks now. Has anyone had a feeling of being down & worrying something bad is going to happen?

Hi ,I was on 2.5 Ramipril last year,,,,I can say I was down ,but not feeling something bad was going to happen, I was tired ,lethargic,and couldn't be bothered ,I was then changed to Losarten ,,,,,so far so good ,

Yes had exactly the same thing, its a known side effect. Lost appetite also

and sat wondering if someone was going to die!...

I have been taking 10 mg of Ramipril for some years, with no side ffects.
