Hey, does anyone feel a weird numb like feeling all over their body as if their body parts are light or not theirs. I also feel like I am not myself. I feel detached from my body! What is happening to me?
Yes I've been having it lately but I think it's off my mirtazipine withdrawal....it freaks me out so much, I keep telling myself they are my hands and they are my legs! I know it's scary but hopefully It will pass!
Hi rchrbl, i feel like this a lot of the time, numb inside, are u seeing a therapist or a counsellor. mindful breathing and body scan has helped me and i'm also taking medicine. Hang in there xx :-)
