Hi guys. New member here. 1,5 weeks post surgery. Bankart repair left shoulder. 6-10 o' clock. I have this weird feeling of instability when doing my pendulum exercises. Almost feels like the joint catches on something causing me to become anxious resulting in tensing up during the exercise. Called my surgen about this. He told me that it is to be expected since the surface of the capsule (labrum) isnt completely smooth after surgery (stiches and scar tissue). Pain is about normal. Ran out of prescription anti inflammatory the other day, and since pain has been minimal i havent taken anything for the "pain." Anyone of you that have had similar experiences after surgery?
