I feel this all the time where I cant concentrate on the tv for long. When

I was devasted me and my mom were fighting before she left that day i never got to say im sorry or i love you. then i stated to get really close with my dad.then he got sick with lung cancer and died when i was holding his hand. that was 2010. all i fell is sadness all the time.
I keep thinking im gonna die of something all the time i feel a weird pain. its driving me insane. always getting checked by a doctor and they tell me im ok nothings wrong. but i dont believe them.
