Not a good start to the week. First of all I couldn't get my scales to switch on. I changed the batteries but still had trouble and when I finally got them to work, I had put on 3 lbs :cry: This is really an up-hill struggle now.
3lbs isn't a huge amount to gain and get off fairly quickly. You had that weekend away which is probably where the gain has come from so don't beat yourself up. Get back on track and it will come off in no time.
I know how your feeling - and thing is for for the amount i gained i had no idea i was doing badly!!!!!!
