Feeling sad n scared. have several growths under penile n on anal? are they warts? help

Hi, hope to get advice from here.

Just spotted some growths by my gf n had booked an appt to see doc next monday.

but i’m still awake at this hours searching for answers. if u’re awake n know sth abt genital warts, i seek your advice n help. pls… feeling scared right now…

bottom pics are blurry.
mens penises have oil glands around the tip that could be inflammed oil glands or it could be warts or it could just be normal skin growths just get checked out bc it could be anything

the top pics are male pappilomatosis, same thing happened to me, I thought i caught an STD but it was that. bottom pics i’m not sure, look like warts to me as it would not appear to be hemorrhoids

i goggled “pappilomatosis” n found tat it’s linked to hpv, which is STD.

After doctor’s checkup, he confirmed the top pics to be Tyson’s glands, common n normal for males to have it underneath the skin. Can do cosmetic surgery to remove them but not advisable.

Bottom pic, is normal too. so my worries are unfounded.
