Hi, so on Saturday afternoon I started to feel sick and had bad diarrhea all evening and through the night. Then yesterday I still felt sick but couldn't go to the toilet. Today I am the same. I have little to no appetite, am burping lots and my stomach hurts when I push on it. I initially thought I had food poisoning but now I'm not sure. Any ideas? Thank you.
Could be any number of things. Where is the pain you are describing? Left or right side? Upper or lower abdomen?
