Hello debi,

i am the same with nausea mainly in the mornings, though i too have anxiety issues that is slightly better on prozac.

not sure if its anxiety, meno or prozac, i know this dry gagging & anxiety from past life events. I have many other odd symptoms going on too, i just wish it would stop.

i have used ginger, and peppermints to try to alleviate the heaves, eating small meals.

Less sugar, thats a hard one to cut! Less milk, not really sure what else we can try.

i dont want to take too many more medicines. Some mornings are worse than others!

I hope you feel better soon, know that we are not alone!

take care🌺

thanks carol, lets assume its hormonal that wld explain it and it will all pass soon, go with it and not worry is the thing. have a good weekend thanks

Hi Deb

I can totally relate to the anxiety nausea palpitations which have been bad recently haven't had a period since February but have all the symptoms like I can get it crampy the best explanation I got is peri menopause /menopause is like pregnancy and puberty some of these symptoms come and go in hours some linger longer it's so annoying!!!!! I can't take hrt because of family history! My dr recommended vitamin. E and coq10 for the crampy feeling I was glad it wasn't another med! I had him retest my hormones I had them done and they were normal but I told him the symptoms when he was doing blood work last Tuesday I said let's see where they are and he looked at me and said ya know the bloodwork doesn't tell me he whole story which I used to be a nurse totally agreed but I said since we are drawing blood might as well! My primary is fanatasic and knew more about peri and menopause which kinda surprised me to be honest I wasn't taught about peri in nursing school at all! So today I will start a multi vitamin and the vitamin e and coq10 I may also start magnesium as well for the palps they come and go but they get my anxiety going when they come so glad to have found theses boards and I'm 48 my symptoms started about seven years ago very subtle at first now almost everyday I have some symptoms
