Feeling slow first thing in morning

Hi, hope someone can help! I take escitalopram 15mg for anxiety! I take it around 7-8am and go through spells of feeling slow and tired for a couple of hours after so much so when I'm at work (luckily part time) I've switched from a morning shift to an afternoon shift as I feel detached!

My dr has just in the past few days given me 10mg praporonol twice a day to help the shaky feelings I get when I wake! I get morning anxiety mostly! I have gone weeks feeling fine then bam it's back again!

Any ideas anyone please

The o my thing I can offer advice on is the shakyness in the mornings.

I always feel fuzzy and my body literally feels like it's rocking back and forth when it's not.

I doubt this is the same type of shaky you get but I literally just have to find something to focus on and my mind sort of forgets about it and then it feels as though it's stopped

Try taking your First medication about half an hour before bedtime with a little milk.

The other first time in the morning and second time in the evening, the drugs will be stronger as you sleep so you will have a good nights sleep

I take my mediations that include Opiates just before bed and find I am better in the morning, If you are not sure about this talk to your GP

quetion first.. how are you sleeping?

Sleep is what recharges us...any restlessness, bad dreams, wake ups...

when I don't sleep welk I am worse. Neurologist suggested Melatonin 3 mg taken two hours before bedtime.

Make a big difference for me.

kind regards
