Been on Ads for anxiety and depression for nearly a month seems like every day something new crops up today is vile stomach ache and cramps granted i do have IBS but its been ok up to this point am feeling so down today as it just seems i get over one thing and something else starts 😢

It's still really early for you. SSRIs can take 6-8 weeks before you feel any benefits.
Usually the first month is the worst part, even worse than before you started taking the tablets I'm told because of the chemical imbalance.
Stick with it, it does get easier and you WILL NOT be like this forever!
