Feeling so weird and lightheaded

Lately i've been feeling weird and scared. i think hv anxiety, but i've been browsing about grave disease and now thinks that i hv that too. I often woken up too early in the morning and feeling soo weird. I'm shaking soo bad when i'm trying to have some sleep or nap also shaking when waking up. I've done blood test for my thyroid but it all came normal. Doctor asked me to exercise and eat more cz i'm so skinny and always eat in small portion and skipping meals. Is it true that not eating healthy and rarely exercise can cause anxiety?

I just want anxiety to go away cz now it seems my upper body and my legs feels achy and weak. Help me please

Dear Rieez

you are wise..

yet sometimes those sensations in our body and mind are overwhelming and seem to overpower us..

these are the times.. when our inner rootedness to our true inner self is tested.

perhaps we who suffer from these brain related problems have toughest tests in our life..

...

well, we go to doctors.. but brain is something not yet fully understood..

are u on medication?

it takes time for brain to be repaired.. and during this period,, we have to continue to be in state of calmness..

i feel.. those who have anxiety should not only meditate morning and evening ,, but in addition.. it must be a CONTINOUS CEASELESS CALM STATE of brain..

medicines do provide this state

but this state can be attained by meditation also..

it took me real inner effort to slowly improve but results are mathematically true..

but patience is required..

so let us not focus on these symptoms.. but focus on peace within..

there may be an element of paradox in my statement..

and i know it needs extreme courage..

so relax..be so calm that you  transcend the brain..

go beyond those thoughts.. into deep peace..

and that is the true sourceof healing

let us not obstruct healing by our own restlessness

(well these are my experiences..)

in time all shall be fine..

for grave disease, please forget this word.. because doctor has ruled it out..

do not carry any extra burden on your mind..

at one time, i was hypochondriac.. and not in peace..

my healing started only after attuning my consciousness to peace

So with normal thyroid then i don't hv grave disease right? It's just to many disease that could relate with anxiety and i can't help googling it. Dr prescribed me propranolol and some b complex vitamins. It's just so hard to think past my own anxiety. Especially with the very physical symptoms like dizziness that come so suddenly and cold and tingling feelings in my hands. It comes and goes but freak me out

i did have dizzyness, coldness of limbs etc..

all this was due to anxiety of years ..

it took me several months of patience ..and proper living..

my mantra was and even toady is..

"continous ceaseless calmness"

let our healing come from the "source" due to which our very life is sustained in body.

i mean, we create so many obstructions to flow of life energy from our inner most center (soul) to brain and then to body..

by ceaselessly observing calmness/relaxed attitude , proper sleep and exercise, balance living..

not hurrying to things.. having unshakeable faith that all shall be fine in future (except temporary setbacks).. we start cherishing peace every moment..

so please cherish peace every moment of life.. this is our biggest possession, more precious than any success or money.. and do work from this centre.. ALL else will be allright..

in any case, our responsibility is limited to feeling peaceful and doing what we can.. from this centre of peace..

more peace you have ... faster will be recovery..

because you are on medication.. you need to have extra willpower to stay rooted to calmness, calmness which is beyond fluctuations in chemical balance in brain..

all shall be fine..

method to attain this is focussing within with slow breathing..

there are methods of meditation (you already know)
