Feeling something is there sensation

I’m having a panic attack and nervous about my throat problem, ever since 2 days ago I accidentally swallowed a hamburger meat that was a big chunk stuck in the middle of throat as I’m able to eat, breathe and drink just fine like nothing. I’m scared though if I might die from it, I tried talking to my doctor about this so he can see if the food is still there, but he doesn’t really think so since I’m able to eat solid foods. And that me drinking a lot of water will eventually dissolve it. I feel more of the sensation of it. Will I most likely be okay than?

Well, I know this sounds like a very scary situation that you’re going through, but I actually agree with your doctor as well. If your able to eat solid foods and eat and drink just fine, than there is nothing too life threatening going on. Usually if someone swallowed something large, your body will be quick to react to it and you will start choking most of the times, but if it’s not interfering with your breathing than chances are the food will most likely dissolve on it’s own by drinking some beverage. Give your body some time to do its thing. You will be okay, just be careful next time and chew your food properly. Hope this advice helps! Hope you feel better soon!
