It’s day 4 for me on 25mg of Sertraline but after I have it I feel weird like my head is numb or I am drugged.
Is this normal please let me know l. I think I should quit

I’ve just started on 25mg of sertaline and I seem to be feeling the same as you (space out and not really with it)
Have you stuck with it and do you feel any better.?
