Hello,I'm 20 old boy, and I have feeling that need to pee frequently sometimes in the penis and it's about 5 month, sometime it's become normal, sometime it's pee frequent again.I masturbate frequently, and worst after masturbating everytime ,my test like, urine C and S,ultrasound are all normal,no bacteria found, no abnormal bladder wall thickening and prostate normal. Due to covid,I'm waiting for cytoscopy from urologist.I'm so afraid that I live with it the rest of my life,and I'm afraid of interstitial cystitis, if you guys have any experience plz let me know,if you guys cure it, what is happening, I'm scare of it,
Could potentially be prostatitis which gives symptoms similar to cystitis or other urinary tract infections. It may not be picked up by culturing urine samples.
Has your urologist asked for sperm samples to culture? If not I would suggest asking for testing on your sperm. It would help to rule in or out a possible bacterial infection in the prostate
