Hi all
Over the past 3-4 weeks, I’ve been feeling completely drained and exhausted for no apparent reason. I get a good night sleep, and then wake up feeling more tired than when I went to bed! I’m also getting slightly blurred vision, bad back aches and today I have a ‘heavy head’ feeling. I’ve been to the doctors who has said I need to get a blood test but has giving me an appointment to be seen in 3 weeks!
It’s also important I mention that my wife is 9 months pregnant and due to give birth to our first child any day now.
Could this have something to do with it?

Could one of your problems be caused by Anxiety, you are planning for a new arrival, that can be very stressful.
Where I am either a Doctor or Nurse takes any bloods and the wait to have this tests can take from the day to no more than four days, results can be available in about a week or shorter. I feel your Doctor may be looking to the birth for some sort of recovery, possibly you are going to be to busy in three weeks time

oh my gosh i’ve been struggling withthe same thing . going on a month of feeling completely exhausted & i’ve been going to doctors for a few years & no matter the test or symptom the say anxiety but i am not on medication . i’ve been prescribed with several but i’m too afraid to take them

If you fail to take medicine prescribed for you it is a wasted resource, take your medications
