hello ladies in the morning when I woke up I felt my whole body was soar.I am having neck pain and feeling nausea.There is no energy.Today I felt weird thing itchiness inside my body.Shallow breath and my whole body is warm.i am 50 years old.HELP me please.My palms are hot and dry.Feel like puttng my hand on cold surface
I'm so sorry you are not feeling well I've never felt this way totally but the nausea yea aching hell yes but the palms are a new one to me I hope it gets better for you
yes my lovely i have all of these along with lots of other symptoms welcolme to the world of peri/menopause i hope you get through it quickly
