I've been feeling weird like my head hurts and I feel dizzy spells lightheadedness stuffy head it's weird I have anxiety and depression but I never had these symptoms before is this common??? I'm not on meds but I'm on high blood pressure meds but I don't think it's high blood pressure because I've been having these symptoms since last night I woke up this morning feeling the same way. Has anyone felt like this with thier anxiety?? Are high blood pressure????
Lack of food or sugars can cause these problems as can Anxiety.
If you rise to quick or turn your head this can cause dizziness. If your blood pressure is low that can cause dizziness

Are you getting sick? IM 6 days into what i think is the flu, and was vaccinated..sinus and bronchial junk and i feel wiped out. But i have headaches, head heavy at times an all that. Respiratory stuff is everywhere right mow. And i know the exact person who hacked away right by me days before i got this 😒. Im just saying sometimes you get sick too and its not anxiety.
Could be a sinus infection,or something as simple as taking the flu..it can also be anxiety, as I get lightheaded every day..slow breathing helps with this...my head also feels full and my ears makes high pitched noises...all anxiety, as I got all tests done..best thing to do is have a check up, first, then you can rule things out. .take care, xx
