Hi anyone ever felt odd after waking up..that's what happening to me mind gone straight on me last night, now don't feel right how do you relax with how your feeling I try everything even music I think it's my heart keeping me like this sometimes because you are aware of yourself it's hard getting through the day..I cook today now online doing all I can to feel me.

I read all your posts and am so glad to see all the wonderful advice you've gotten from our great family of women on this forum.
I remember waking up feeling scared and anxious most mornings; sometimes lately it still happens. Or I wake and do a "body scan"...looking for ills! Then one morn I just realized I was grateful for waking up...so I started beginning my day with a prayer of thanks instead of my usual prayers of asking....(now I Thank, then ask😁![]()
So the feeling you describe I have felt a lot!! But I also realize now that anxiety feeds off anxiety and shows up in our bodies in nasty ways. I realize I will always be a person w health anxiety but I have come up w ways to call myself n get on with my day. Hugs!!you are not alone..keep talking it out to us!
