Hi Everyone - I am 52 years' old and have been chronically dizzy 24/7 for over 5 months. Hormones are all over the place. Brain MRI normal. Heart checks out. Have some vertigo. Been to ER 3 times since February with heart palps and panic attacks. My head is so heavy ALL the time especially when I lie down. Feels like bricks in my head. Several doctors say this is all due to anxiety. Started low dose of Zoloft yesterday. Do any of you have this chronic dizziness and similar feelings in head?I'm praying the medication will clear this dizziness once it kicks in. Any similar experiences? Thank you so much and take care.
