I have a small, handled ECG device whenever I feel any kind of symptoms or funny in chest, I record it. It is always normal sinus rhythm. But only thing I noticed is to high variation in R-R interval Does this indicate anything that needs to be addressed?
Funnily enough I’ve been having a recurrence of palpitations and the paramedics said the ECG was normal and so did the a&e.
I’ve to get a 7 day monitor next week which will hopefully find out something.
Have you medication for these palpitations?
