hi ladies any foot or feet feel swollen on the bottom? my right foot feels like balloons underside. also my right arm the upper soft area kinda feels soar, anyone else get pains in their upper arms and shoulders?

My feet hurt allot but my neck and shoulders have been stiff and sore for going on 5 yrs. I just turned 54 and have a period every 3 or 4 months. I see a chiropractor but the help only lasts for so long, I to am just beginning the CBD cream. I hope it works but I am tired of this already.
