So Im going thru Pms rn pretty badly but I can manage it. Is it common for your feet to swell a little during pms/ near your period? like they feel kind of hot especially since ive been out and about for a couple hours now with sandals & usually happens when ive been wearing sandals. I have my feet elevated right now and I notice they dont look as fat or hot. Swelling looks mild
Yes, feet swelling can happen with pms. It's good you are elevating them.
sandals are not supportive so that could be one of the reasons your feet got swollen and hot. You'll be fine.
